WHAT IS CHI?
CHI is the life force, the energy that flows through everything on the planet. Its qualities go beyond the physical. CHI can be described as the purest energy that comes from consciousness, awareness, and stillness. In essence, CHI is the essence of your TRUE SELF, that what gives you life.

In order to create your present, you must be willing to try something NEW or do something you've always done DIFFERENTLY. It is the act of consciously act of choosing self-programming over pre-programming. The future does not form itself. It forms through what you embody NOW. As your coach, I get to know you deeply, celebrating your victories and supporting you through challenges. Between sessions, I offer support and accountability via text and email as you work through the baby steps we agree upon. I will keep you accountable...until you are able to do it on your own.
